Donation & Refund Policy
How your donation is used
Donations support our work caring for foster, adopted and kinship children of Tampa Bay, including our Backpack-To-School and Foster Christmas Wishes events.
Payment and receipts
Donations are processed through a secure checkout. You will get a confirmation by email after each donation. Please keep it for your records. Payment processors charge a fee on each transaction.
Monthly gifts
If you choose a monthly gift, your card is charged the same amount each month until you cancel. You will get an email for each charge. To change or cancel a monthly gift at any time, contact us through our contact page.
Refunds
Donations are generally final. If you made a mistake, such as the wrong amount or a duplicate gift, contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.

For tax information about your donation, please contact us. You may also wish to talk with a tax professional about your own situation.
